An exceptional freelance opportunity exists within our company for an architect to collaborate with a highly creative team of award winning designers.
Job Description:
The Successful Applicant:
- Reporting to the owner, you will assist in the architectural development (concept to tender) of a VILLA RENOVATION in the Batu Belig area.
- You will be responsible for assuring that all design and documentation are of the highest standard.
- You will be part of a design team that is currently creating inspiring & editorial architecture / interiors in the region.
- A minimum of 5 years architectural experience with a relevant resume in either the residential or resort market.
- Advanced (fast) AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and Excel.
- Excellent Written and Spoken English only apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have reliable contacts with local Builders & Trade Suppliers.
The potential also exists for the successful applicant to manage the project renovation on site from start to completion.
