The Company
The company is a leading provider of oil & gas equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. Due to an expansion of the business, there is now an opportunity for a high potential individual to be a part of the fast-growing team based in Jakarta.
The position
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will partner the local management team and, in conjunction with the Corporate HR Manager, develop and implement HR initiatives for all aspects of Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Performance Management. You will support and manage the budgeting process in relation to the department’s budget, salary and benefits costs as well as monitoring manpower forecasts. In addition, you will be responsible for the updating and accuracy of an HR database whilst similarly you will drive the company’s benefits, training & development and employee relations programmes.
The Person
The successful candidate will need to offer at least 6 years of relevant HR experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry. You should be proficient in IT with SAP as an added skill. Possessing strong knowledge of the local Indonesia labour & regulations, you should also demonstrate experience in Payroll software & be familiar with individual tax contributions. Any additional exposure to projects relating to ISO, EHS or Six Sigma will be welcomed although non-essential.
