COAL PROCESSING AND WASHING PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S 1) in Metallugy
• Understand coal beneficiation process (start from processing, crushing and washing)
• Understand instrumentation process, equipment protocol, equipment loading and system .control.
• Having an A driving license.
• Has a POP certificate.
• Understand programmable Audit Controller PLC
• 6-9 years’ experience in Processing Dept.
• English proficiency.
• Computer Literate.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tonnage and quality of product in order to ensure tonnage and quality of daily production meet the target.
• Monitor and report on plant availability and utilization to ensure alignment between plant utilization and target.
• Provide and generate report about manpower requirement, distribution, and allocation on the field in order to ensure continuous plant operation.
• Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target.
• Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
