ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Accounting Associates is to establish the financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, taxation process and any other job assigned by the Accounting Manager. He/she will  be reporting to the Accounting Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Payable
Establish the payment process, record filling documents that will facilitate audit and document retrieve, ensure payment are promptly paid, resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and colleagues, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Petty Cash
Maintain petty cash and its operation, including disbursement of funds to claimant. Keep good records of petty cash drawdown with support documents and evidence of receipts by claimants.
Tax
Responsible for preparing tax report accurately and tax payment timely, according to the tax law and regulation. Assist and support tax consultants in handling taxation matters. Prepare, organize and handle all tax documents, manage and update the tax database and tax receipts.
Finance
Preparation of schedules and financial reports as requested, assist with preparation of the budget and monitoring Actual versus Budget expenses. Implement financial policies and procedures, manage cash flow and ensure sufficient cash balance in bank for daily operations.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICAIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• A Diploma/Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in Finance/ Accountant
• Well organized, detail oriented and scheduled management expertise;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good spoken and written English fluency;
• Polished/professional demeanor in person.
• Self- motivated; ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
